Appointments are available year round with walk-ins accepted during the summer season (May to October).

Registering

In order to register with the practice a short new-patient form must be completed.
We can request GP notes from previous practices (including the UK) if required.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling us on Freephone 900 24 7 999.

If you are unable to make it to an appopintment we would ask that you call to cancel or a no-show fee will be charged.

Home visits

The Doctor will usually be able to undertake home visits within a reasonable distance. There is an additional charge for this service.

Home visits can be booked by telephoning Freephone 900 24 7 999.

Note: On rare occasions a home visit may not be possible due to pressure of work.

Out of hours emergencies

In an emergency, when The British Surgery is closed, patients should go directly to the hospital A & E department or call the visting Palmaplanas Doctor on 800 40 19 27.

Insurances

The British Surgery is unable to invoice insurance companies directly for GP services. However, most insurers allow patients to reclaim up to 80% of our charges depending on the terms of their policy. Please clarify the position with the insurer.
